Amy Kha BS, CPT, Pn1, graduated from Temple University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Kinesiology. Kinesiology is the scientific study of human movement, which makes Amy an expert in understanding the biomechanics of exercise.
In addition to her degree in kinesiology, Amy is also a Certified Personal Trainer and holds a certification in Exercise Nutrition. She is a firm believer that nutrition is less about labeling foods "good" and "bad" but more about changing nutrition behaviors and developing healthy habits that are sustainable.
Amy has a diverse clientele which allows her to utilize her knowledge of musculoskeletal systems to analyze each client's abilities in training.
Amy specializes in resistance and functional training and has a keen ability to prescribe, customize, progress and monitor exercise programs. This allows her clients to achieve their goals in a safe and effective manner.
