David Trumbore PT, DPT, CSCI, CWT, CPI, CFNP is the owner and director of Elite Personal Training and Fitness Solutions.
With 40+ years of experience, Dr. Trumbore has developed an expertise in the comprehensive evaluation, management and training of fitness clients. He has a particular interest and is an authority in the complexities of weight management.
Additionally, as a Dr. of Physical Therapy, he is an expert in the evaluation and treatment of musculoskeletal disorders and has helped thousands of clients reach their rehabilitation and fitness goals.
Dr. Trumbore graduated Magna Cum Laude from Temple University in 1983 with a baccalaureate degree in Physical Therapy. He earned his Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy and graduated Summa Cum Laude High Honors (4.0 GPA) from Widener University in 2006. He also holds the following advanced certifications: Certified Strength and Conditioning Instructor, Certified Weight Trainer, and Certified Pilates Instructor.
Dr. Trumbore has significant advanced continuing education in nutrition and supplement prescription and is a Certified Functional Nutritionist.
He lectures on physical therapy and fitness-related topics and teaches a seminar he created called Why You Are Not Losing Weight.™
He has taught at Temple University, Arcadia University and Harcum Junior College. Additionally, he has guest lectured at local Philadelphia hospitals and has spoken on the radio on wellness initiatives.
