Joel helped open two organic, farm-to-table cafes in the Reading area because of his passion for promoting healthy eating.
Prior to joining the EPT team, Joel provided personal training services at Forward Thinking Fitness, a personal training studio in Allentown. As a fitness trainer, Joel likes to focus on stability and functional strength, but he is skilled in a myriad of areas. Joel enjoys strength training, hiking, kayaking, and yoga. His personal motto is mobility for longevity.
Joel’s knowledge of exercise and nutrition helped him overcome his own struggles with depression and anxiety and he looks forward to helping his clients achieve their own health and wellness goals.
